Spectrum Environmental

PURPOSE

 

The purpose of this plan is to ensure that proper guidelines and protocols are in place to reduce the risk of exposure to our employees as well as our clients to the COVID-19.  We will be following the recommended CDC Guidelines and applicable best management practices as outlined below.

 

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

 

The following is a list of preventative measures taken to mitigate the contraction of illness.

  • Only essential personnel will be allowed access to our jobsites.  No vendors or visitors will be permitted in an effort to lessen the risk of exposure. 

  • We will be supplying ample hand sanitizer and encourage frequent use.

  • Social distancing will be maintained where feasible during work and break periods

  • Employees have been informed to stay home if they feel ill or experience any of the following symptoms;

    • Fever

    • Shortness of breath

    • Chills

    • Upper respiratory infection

    • Runny nose

    • Cough

    • Sore throat

  • Employees have been trained to notify Spectrum if they have tested positive for the COVID-19 or if they have been potentially exposed or have had contact with any person who has tested positive for the COVID-19

 

POSTIVE TEST FOR COVID-19

 

Any employee who has tested positive for COVID-19 will be required to report this result to Spectrum.  In turn, Spectrum will notify the client immediately.  The employee will be required to be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days.  They must provide the company with a medical clearance prior to being allowed to return to work.  This document will be supplied to the client upon request. 

 

DELAYS

 

To date, there have been no delays that have had an impact for any work activity. Spectrum  understands that this is a fluid situation and any foreseeable delays will be communicated to our clients as quickly as possible.
